Recently, a delegation from Gestamp, a world-renowned automotive components manufacturer headquartered in Spain, came to Jinan to make a site visit to Aotto's automated production line. The purpose of the visit was to investigate Aotto's technology, product quality and production capacity, hoping to establish a solid foundation for cooperation in the future.

On January 2, 2024, Jinan Aotto Technologies Co., Ltd. and Yangzhou Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. reached a strategic cooperation on the predictive maintenance and fault self-diagnosis system of press machine. The cooperation aims to predict and prevent failures by means of monitoring, so as to reduce the customer's press maintenance cost, guide the customer to use the equipment more reasonably and further improve the operation efficiency of stamping equipment. Both sides complement each other's advantages, and use digital technology to make press operation more lean and enhance customer competitiveness.

The High-Strength Hot Stamping Intelligent Manufacturing System Project achieves high-quality, high-efficiency, and safe production of automotive hot-stamped parts. Its main technical indicators have reached international advanced levels, realizing the localization of automotive production equipment. This breakthrough is significant for breaking the monopoly of foreign core technologies, import substitution, and promoting technological progress in the national equipment manufacturing industry. The project has been successfully applied in several China automotive parts production enterprises, yielding remarkable economic and social benefits with broad prospects for promotion and application.

The Steel-Aluminum Stamping Parts Intelligent Manufacturing System Project addresses the challenge of aluminum sheet separation, providing the optimal solution for automated stamping lines for aluminum sheets. The intelligent manufacturing system for stamping factories with collaborative planning and synchronous control methods has improved the production beat, reaching the level of international production lines of the same type. It also resolves issues related to the frequent start-stop and acceleration-deceleration of robots, enhancing robot load capacity and extending service life. This technological progress is of great significance for the robot stamping automation line to substitute imports and to realize the export of domestic complete sets of equipment.

The 5th International Conference on High Strength Steel and Stamping (ICHSU) was successfully held from November 16th to 18th, 2021 at the Ruili Hotel in Shanghai International Automobile City. Aotto Automation, as the first co organizer of the conference, was led by the chairman and attended by more than ten people in terms of technology and marketing. Gathering, sharing, and exchanging with elites and experts in materials, processes, and equipment in the hot forming industry both domestically and internationally, mastering the latest trends in the industry, expanding new development ideas, and seeking broader cooperation.
