The quick change function module provides a pathway for the robot's execution tools to use media such as power, communication, compressed air, and hydraulic, enabling synchronous connection of the supporting power, communication, compressed air, and hydraulic components during quick connection of the quick change main body. The following are the adaptation modules for AQC-20 robot tool quick change products:
Gas circuit module
Realize automatic switching and transmission of compressed air, vacuum and other media, with a maximum module operating pressure of 1MPa. Typical applications include ventilation of cylinders, vacuum suction cups, etc.
Low voltage electrical module
It realizes the automatic switching and transmission of weak current signals. Typical applications: power supply and signal feedback for sensors, solenoid valves, etc., with a maximum voltage used: 50VDC, and the DIP switch can be integrated for tool tray coding.
Servo motor module
To achieve automatic connection of servo motors, common applications include power supply and control of servo motors, tightening guns, electric cylinders, etc. When selecting, attention should be paid to information such as the number of pins and rated current.
